Cleaning Diaries

Privacy policy

Last updated: 15 October 2026

This policy explains what the game Cleaning Diaries (“the game”), made by RLCSim (“we”), collects and why. You can reach us any time through the contact page.

What the game sends to us

To find out where players get stuck and what to improve, the game sends gameplay events to our own server:

  • Gameplay: levels started and finished, stars and coins earned, upgrades and outfits chosen, quests, screens opened and buttons tapped.
  • Ads and purchases as events: for example that an ad was offered or watched, or that a coin pack was bought. We never see payment details.
  • Device and app: device model, operating system, screen size, language, app version, performance figures and error reports.

We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos or location.

Your choices

In the game, under Settings › Privacy, you can:

  • turn off Send usage data, and the game stops sending events;
  • tap Delete my data to delete your usage data from our server (your game progress stays);
  • open Privacy options to change your consent, where the law requires consent.

Consent and the install ID

Where the law requires consent, for example in the European Economic Area and the UK, the game asks on first launch through Google's consent form:

  • With consent: events carry a random install ID created by the game, so we can follow one player's path through the game. The ID is not linked to your name or to any account.
  • Without consent: events are sent without any ID; the device model is reduced to its brand and the operating system to its main version.

Where no consent is required, events are sent with the install ID.

How long we keep it

Events are deleted automatically after 180 days.

Ads

The game shows ads through Google AdMob. Google may use device identifiers to show and measure ads, according to your consent. See how Google uses data from apps that use its services.

Purchases

In-app purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play. We only learn which item was bought.

Deleting your data

Tap Delete my data in the game's privacy settings, or write to us through the contact page.
